Ticket sales open for round 1 of the 2023 UCI Track Champions League in Mallorca
The venue – located in the cycling paradise of Mallorca, Spain – has been chosen to host the super launch of the UCI Track Champions League season for the third time in a row, with all the action taking place on Saturday 21st October.
The 6000-capacity Velòdrom Illes Balears has been host to some incredible action in the previous two seasons. In 2021, Corbin Strong (New Zealand) was the standout performer, winning both Men’s Endurance events. Meanwhile, big names such as Harrie Lavreysen (the Netherlands), Katie Archibald (Great Britain) and Mathilde Gros (France) all triumphed there in 2022.
General admission tickets for the 2023 season start from 10 Euros. Entry for Children under 15 is free. A ‘Premium Ticket’ option, priced at 30 Euros is also available and will give ticket holders a unique experience, watching all the racing up close in the heart of the velodrome.

Round 1 of the 2023 season is financed by Next Generation EU, the Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo, the Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia and the Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares.
Since its launch in 2021, the UCI Track Champions League has steadily become one of the most prestigious events in track cycling, sitting alongside the UCI Track World Championships, UCI Track Nations Cup and Olympic Games as one of the ‘Monuments’ of racing.
Organised in partnership between the events division of Warner Bros. Discovery Sports and the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), the series makes track cycling more accessible and exciting than ever before, elevating the sport to new levels and reaching new audiences in the process.
In addition to captivating thousands of spectators inside the velodromes, the world's best track riders will once again be televised across the globe thanks to discovery+, Eurosport, GCN+, and a number of other international broadcast partners.
Last season saw over 18,000 fans watch all the racing action in person, with 11.4 million TV viewers tuning in from 81 countries around the globe and millions more fans following the action on the official UCI Track Champions League app and social media channels.
